Hotel Babysitting

Dear Families,
We understand the importance of families feeling at ease when they leave their children with a different caregiver- especially in a new city.  That is why we go to great lengths to ensure your family will be 100% satisfied with our hotel babysitting service.  Angel Care provides each family with a copy of the nanny’s resume and picture before she arrives to the hotel, which will be given to you by your concierge upon arrival.  In addition, all of our nannies have been meticulously background checked and thoroughly interviewed  (we only accept nannies who we would hire for our own families).  Angel Care is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding hiring a hotel babysitter. It is our priority to make sure you can leave your hotel room with a peace of mind.


Hotel Babysitting Services

Angel Care offers the following hotel babysitting services:

Premeire Hotel Babysitting Service Rates:
$45/day agency fee-  $15/hour paid directly to the nanny.

VIP Hotel Babysitting Service Rates: 
(VIP nannies primarily work with prestigious hotel guests needing the utmost confidentiality.  Confidentiality agreements are available upon request and will be provided to you by the nanny.)
$100/day agency fee-  $40/hour paid directly to the nanny in cash.  Please notify Angel Care if you need a VIP nanny.  

Angel Care Nanny Agency reserves the right to charge your credit card if the nanny does not receive payment in full upon completion.

Hi Kara!  Now that Thanksgiving is over, I have some time to catch up on my emails.  I just wanted to let you know that Felicia was wonderful!  My husband and I were both a little concerned about the whole thing as the night got closer, but everything turned out wonderfully, and I just wanted to Thank You.  I will surely recommend you to any friends we have with kids who are planning to go to Vegas.  I actually already have.  One of my friends said that she and her husband just missed a chance to go to Las Vegas with friends b/c they couldn't find a sitter.  So I will spread the word for you and I wish you much success in the future!

Dear Kara,

I was in Las Vegas over the St. Patrick's Day weekend celebrating my mother-in-laws seventieth birthday.  I was in need of someone to watch my children while we went to a show.   It was very difficult for me to contact you because I have never left my children with people I do not know.  I want to thank you for putting me at ease when we spoke on the phone and I also want to thank you for accommodating my needs on such short notice by recommending Uba Kaphengst.

When I spoke with Uba on the phone, she, too, made me feel comfortable.  When we met at the hotel, she immediately engaged my children and asked many appropriate questions regarding the care of my children.  She also came prepared with some books and toys for the kids to play with.  Not only did I use her the night of the show but also the next day as well.  I would highly recommend her to anyone needing childcare and I would definitely request her again in the future if the need should arise.

1. SERVICES:
At the client's request, Angel Care Nanny Agency (ACNA) will seek out, recruit, research and screen appropriate candidates for a position. (ACNA) acts only as a referral service and does not hire or employ any employee. The employee is to be hired, employed, and paid by the client only.  Our clients are encouraged to complete their own due diligence in screening candidates to care for their children.
 

2. REPRESENTATIONS:
ACNA will use reasonable efforts to refer qualified candidates to the client; however, it does not guarantee the credentials or performance of, or client satisfaction with any candidate. The client agrees to identify ACNA and hold it and all of its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any costs or expenses arising out of any claim against ACNA relating in any way to a candidate's employment.
